Where every rate on Ratifi comes from. Ratifi asks each source for prices on its own schedule; when one stops answering, its last good rate stays on screen, marked Stale, until it's back.

Test connection asks that source for its prices now and shows how many came back and how long it took. Sources with usage limits answer from their last few minutes of prices. It doesn't change anything.
